MuSeRo

This R&D project is developing new technology and working methods for the next generation nursing homes. The project name is "Multipurpose Service Robot for Nursing Homes (MuSeRo)" and is a part of the EUROSTARS! Programme.

The project focus on the following core tasks:

  • Harmonic interaction between social service robots and dementia patients
  • Intelligent planning methods and flexible organizational structures for nursing homes using service robots as a natural part of their daily resources
A service robot for nursing homes must be able to appear with different personalities in order to meet the patients with understanding and respect.

The MuSeRo project has the following partners:

  • PPM Robotics AS, Norway
  • DLM Kft, Hungary
  • NORD University, Norway
  • Eötvös Loránd University, Hungary

The project is running during 2022-2024 and is financed through the EUROSTARS! Programme, by The Norwegian Research Council (NRC) and The Hungarian National Research, Development, and Innovation Office (NRDI). For more info, please contact us.
